Enter the amazing amphitheater of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Annapurna I, Annapurna III and Machhapuchhare

Next to Solukhumbu trekking to the Annapurnas constitutes the second most popular area to get up close to the High Himalayas. In many ways Annapurna trekking is preferred by trekker on account of easier trails, scores of good lodges and tea houses where to overnight and in general lower costs. Above all, lower altitudes throughout means one does not need to allocate extra days for acclimatization to reach the Annapurna sanctuary amphitheater of the amazing Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Annapurna I, Annapurna III and Machhapuchhare. Lower elevations, lesser chance of altitude sickness makes this trek manageable for many trekkers who fear the effects of high altitude in the Everest region. For the trek's experience of the Himalayan giants along the route, including the five Annapurnas, ranging from the highest Annapurna I (8091m/26,546 ft) to the lowest Annapurna South (7218m/23,685 ft), and two other 8,000-meter peaks of Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m) and Manaslu (8163 m), the stunning peaks of Nilgiri (7041m) and the Fishtail of Machhapuchhare (6993m), the Annapurna sanctuary and base camp trek cannot be beat. As if the Annapurna sanctuary panorama would not be enough, the trek leads on through an alley lined by Hiunchuli, an arm of Annapurna South, Tent Peak and the Fishtail, to where you'll finally reach the base base camp set beneath the summit of Annapurna I towering above. Annapurnas is a perfect destination for adventure minded individuals as well as families in quest of a relaxing getaway. To make the most of your trip to Nepal, search for the best budget holidays and find a vacation that will be rewarding, safe and affordable.
